This is part of the story — and the path that shaped my work.
Today I feel I’m the threshold of the other half of my life. I’m filled with energy, excitement and anticipation of what is to come.
I look back at my personal and professional life and I’m so in awe of all that I have lived and witnessed, I feel now it is time to be of service, give back and use this acquired knowledge and wisdom to do its best use.
Professionally,
I often say I’m standing at the threshold of the second half of my life with more clarity, purpose, compassion, and vitality than ever before. Looking back, I can see how every chapter prepared me to serve in the way I do today.
In recent years,
That evolution led me into transformational, somatic, and relational coaching — and eventually to the creation of Seekers Circle, a community devoted to conscious growth through reflection, lived experience, and meaningful connection.
It also deepened through my work in grief and life transitions.
I am a certified trauma-informed life transitions coach and grief educator who helps people navigate life-altering events, rebuild their lives, and find hope and meaning on the other side.
A Certified Grief Educator is committed to providing the highest level of grief support through education, experience, and insight into the often unacknowledged rocky terrain of grief.
Certified Grief Educators complete a certificate program designed by world-renowned grief expert David Kessler and bring his methodology, tools, and decades of experience to help people navigate the challenges of grief.
Today, I continue to lead Vapro while supporting individuals, couples, leaders, and organizations through emotional mastery, life transitions, grief, relational growth, and embodied leadership. My work is rooted in the belief that emotional literacy shapes the way we lead, the way we love, the way we relate, and the way we move through change.
I am also the founder of Seekers Circle and the creator of Becoming Us, a relational development ecosystem designed to help couples build conscious partnerships with more awareness, practice, intimacy, and shared purpose.
I am the author of Gratitude Is Not Enough: Appreciation Is the Way, a book exploring appreciation as a relational and cultural practice.
Personally,
At heart, I am a mother, friend, student of life, and a seeker who believes growth happens not through perfection, but through presence.
After completing a double major in Social Communications and Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Advertising at Boston College, I joined Vapro, one of Venezuela’s most respected communications firms. Over more than two decades, I rotated through every department, gaining a deep systems-level understanding of branding, communications, leadership, and organizational dynamics.
I eventually became Director, shareholder, and later CEO, leading multidisciplinary teams of nearly 100 people and working with brands such as Coca-Cola FEMSA, Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, BBVA, Chrysler, and others across Latin America. My work focused not only on external brand strategy, but also on internal culture, leadership alignment, and communication from the inside out.
Alongside this professional path, something deeper was always unfolding.
Inner work was never separate from my life. It informed how I led, how I related, how I parented, and how I moved through complexity, change, and reinvention. Over time, curiosity became study. Study became practice. Practice became embodiment.

Seekers Circle grew from curiosity, lived experience, and a deep commitment to growth.
