MEET DANIELA
This is just part of the story as of today... the full, full story is a book in the works, that will publish at the perfect time.

Today I feel I’m the threshold of the other half of my life. I’m filled with energy, excitement and anticipation of what is to come.
I look back at my personal and professional life and I’m so in awe of all that I have lived and witnessed, I feel now it is time to be of service, give back and use this acquired knowledge and wisdom to do its best use.
Professionally,
I often say I’m standing at the threshold of the second half of my life—with more purpose, clarity, and vitality than ever before. Reflecting on my journey, I see a path that has uniquely prepared me to serve.
In recent years,
Beyond my professional endeavors, I’ve always been committed to giving back. I served on the Board of Directors for Goodwill Industries International – Venezuelan Chapter for over 12 years and have consulted pro bono for foundations like Andrea Brillo de Un Ángel and El Hospital San Juan de Dios in Venezuela.
Over time, my focus shifted inward. I began to explore emotional intelligence, somatic healing, conscious relationships, and the deeper layers of what makes people—and companies—truly thrive. That’s when I founded Seekers Circle: a global community and coaching platform devoted to growth, presence, and transformation.
Today, I live at the intersection of business and embodiment. I continue to lead Vapro as CEO, consulting with brands on strategy, culture, and communication. Through Seekers Circle, I work with individuals, couples, and organizations to reconnect to what truly matters—so they can grow, relate, and lead from the inside out.
I’m also the author of the forthcoming book, Gratitude Is Not Enough: Appreciation Is the Way—a reflection on how conscious recognition can transform relationships, leadership, and the world we share.
Personally,
On a personal note, I’m a mom to three incredible children, a spiritual partner to a man I feel grateful to have manifested in my life, a friend to a few unique souls who enrich my journey, and an eternal student—a seeker and, thankfully, also a finder.

After completing a double major in Social Communications and Business Administration with Marketing and Advertising concentrations at Boston College, I joined Vapro—one of Venezuela’s most respected communications firms. Over two decades, I rotated through every department, gaining deep insights into each discipline. Eventually, I became Director and shareholder, leading a multidisciplinary team of nearly 100 people and managing accounts like Coca-Cola FEMSA, Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, BBVA, Chrysler, and many more across Latin America.
My career taught me to orchestrate complex projects, build powerful teams, and lead through strategy, creativity, and care. I developed a profound understanding of how organizations communicate—not only to the world but within themselves. I led the restructuring of Vapro, integrating new technological platforms and incorporating digital development and social media into the strategic and creative processes. I also spearheaded the inclusion of internal communications services, working directly with our client's human resources teams to align external brand messaging with internal culture.
My time at Vapro gave me a proven track record of driving strategic planning, development, and implementation for complex projects. I effectively managed relationships with clients and stakeholders from all walks of life. It also taught me how much I enjoy teaching, how much I value team work, creativity, diversity and what kind of a leader I am.

I’m hopeful I’ll be able to tell this full story in my upcoming book… I’ll keep you posted on how that goes.
