Speaking with Depth, Clarity, and Human Presence
I work at the intersection of strategy and soul, supporting individuals, couples, leaders, and organizations through moments of transition, growth, and realignment.
With more than 30 years of experience in strategy, brand development, leadership, and organizational transformation — alongside deep training in transformational, somatic, relational, and grief-informed coaching — my work brings together emotional intelligence, embodied presence, relational insight, and grounded execution.
On stage, I speak to the human dimensions of leadership, relationships, grief, and change through the lens of emotional mastery and emotional literacy — the inner capacities that shape how we lead, how we love, and how we navigate transformation. My work explores the places where insight becomes lived, and where real change begins.
My talks are reflective, practical, and deeply human. They are designed to create spaciousness, invite honest inquiry, and offer perspectives audiences can integrate long after the event ends.
How i speak
I speak on themes that bridge inner clarity with
real-world impact, including:
Strategy
& Soul
Integrating emotional intelligence, embodiment, and strategic thinking so action is aligned, sustainable, and human.
Embodied Leadership and Nervous System Awareness
How regulation, presence, and emotional literacy shape
the way we lead, communicate,
and relate.
Conscious Relationships and Relational Development
How couples can move from inherited patterns into intentional partnership through awareness, practice, intimacy, and shared purpose.
Appreciation as a Relational and Cultural Practice
Why gratitude is internal, but appreciation is expressed — and how appreciation builds trust, safety, and connection in families, teams, and communities.
Life Transitions as Portals for Growth
Exploring change — grief, divorce, identity shifts, reinvention, leadership transitions — not as problems to fix, but as invitations to live with greater honesty and self-trust.
Growth Without
Performance
Why depth, rhythm, and relationship matter more than urgency, optimization, or constant self-improvement.
Each talk is shaped in conversation with the audience it serves, while staying rooted in lived experience rather than theory alone.
About Daniela Vázquez - Figueroa
I bring a rare blend of corporate leadership experience and transformational teaching to my work as a speaker.
For decades, I worked in strategy, communications, and organizational leadership, partnering with global brands such as Coca-Cola FEMSA, Johnson & Johnson, Microsoft, Motorola, and others across Latin America. Alongside that professional path, my inner work deepened through study, practice, and lived experience.
Today, I integrate strategic clarity with somatic awareness, emotional intelligence, grief-informed support, and relational development to help people navigate personal and professional transformation with more depth, presence, and humanity.
I am the founder of Seekers Circle, the creator of Becoming Us, and a certified trauma-informed life transitions coach and grief educator.

Author & Thought Leadership
I am the author of Gratitude Is Not Enough: Appreciation Is the Way, and the creator of several forthcoming books exploring appreciation, acceptance, relationships, grief, and conscious living.
My writing informs my speaking work, offering language and frameworks that translate inner awareness into everyday life, leadership, relationships, and culture.
